Our Design Center is currently working on the reinvention of a beautiful home on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina—a project that perfectly illustrates how thoughtful design can transform not only a house, but the way a family experiences it.

Hilton Head has always possessed a unique architectural character. Homes are designed to embrace the Lowcountry lifestyle with abundant natural light, connections to the outdoors, and materials that blend gracefully with the surrounding pines, marshes, and coastline. The island's architectural tradition values harmony with nature over grand gestures, creating homes that feel as though they've always belonged there.

While this home already had wonderful bones, time has a way of changing how we live. Rooms that once served one purpose often need to evolve. Finishes become dated. Floor plans that once felt generous can suddenly seem disconnected from today's way of gathering, entertaining, and relaxing.

Rather than starting over, we saw an opportunity to honor what the home already offered while carefully reimagining every space.

For us, great design isn't about following trends. It's about uncovering the potential that's already there.
